This prestigious residential development consisting of 496 dwellings at Burley in Wharfedale required a full package of works carried out by both our Civils and Structures teams.
The draiange design utilised an array of drainage techniques from ponds, tanks and rain gardens.
OEC also assisted the client with their Environment Agency bespoke permit application.
